The Lake Louise Ski Resort is a world-class ski area nestled in the heart of the Canadian Rockies. We operate as a ski resort in the winter months and as a wildlife interpretive centre and sightseeing gondola in the summer months.

As a Parking Lot Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of employees, ensuring a positive guest experience, and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the parking lot. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with guests and employees, and ensuring that all parking lot activities run smoothly.

**Job Responsibilities:** • Lead, direct, and motivate a team of employees in a hands-on environment • Ensure a positive employee experience through training, motivation, and ongoing development • Train new employees in departmental procedures and expectations • Complete scheduling of staff to ensure adequate coverage and monitor staff performance • Meet or exceed labor targets through proper control methods • Cash control, including parking ticket transactions • Direct traffic and assist in finding parking spots • Monitor and maintain the parking lot and lodge decks • Ensure all employees are working in a safe, efficient, and friendly manner **Requirements:** • Valid driver's license • Previous winter driving experience • Driver's abstract and claims experience letter from a previous insurer • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a supervisory position • Excellent positive attitude • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally • Follow all LLSR policies and procedures • Highly flexible and able to work effectively in a diverse environment • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license with a clean driving record **Work Schedule:** • 4 days on/3 days off
