Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective patient flow strategies to optimize bed utilization and reduce wait times.
- Provide clinical supervision and guidance to nursing staff, including mentoring and coaching to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement evidence-based care plans that meet the unique needs of our patients.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of patient care, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in clinical operations and patient care. Your qualifications should include:
- Current practicing registration as a Registered Nurse with the British Columbia College of Nurses and Midwives.
- Three (3) years of recent related clinical experience in the designated clinical area, including one (1) year of supervisory experience.
- Completion of post-graduate coursework and/or certification applicable to the designated clinical area.
