Job Summary

The Concessions Manager is responsible for maintaining the overall organization, inventory levels, and sanitation of all concession stands and portable stands. This includes:

  • Managing inventory levels and ordering products
  • Maintaining equipment and ensuring proper displays and merchandise
  • Ensuring security, safety, and sanitation standards are met
  • Providing operational planning and team management
  • Ensuring high-quality standards are maintained
  • Building and maintaining relationships with clients, guests, and Compass associates
  • Using Compass systems to manage inventory, sales, and reporting
  • Achieving sales, cost, and budget goals
  • Ensuring responsible alcohol service policies are followed
  • Verifying opening and closing inventories
  • Completing daily and monthly reports
  • Forecasting and scheduling associates to meet operational needs

To be successful as a Concessions Manager, you'll need:

  • Effective communication skills
  • English reading, writing, math, and computer skills
  • Ability to work extended shifts and flexible schedules
  • Physical stamina to perform standing, walking, and lifting tasks
  • ProServe Certification
