Front Desk Clerk

The Quarterdeck Inn & Marina Resort is seeking a Front Desk Clerk to join our team. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for our guests.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate records of hotel vacancies, reservations, and room assignments
  • Register arriving guests and assign hotel rooms
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Compile and review daily records, guest accounts, and receipts
  • Present statements of charges to departing guests and process payments
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
  • Completion of secondary school or equivalent
  • Experience in front desk operations or hotel management is an asset
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills
