What you'll do

We are looking for a Video Producer to join the company's internal video agency that is part of our Communications team. The ideal candidate is an excellent storyteller, passionate about content creation and experienced in a wide-range of video production.

We need a proactive, smart thinker with fresh ideas, who displays excellent judgment in terms of translating creative ideas into finished products and is confident and capable of juggling several projects on a regular basis.

  • Lead creative concept development and direction, including script writing, research and set design
  • Organize shoot logistics, workbacks and budgets
  • Direct shoots and manage talent
  • Collaborate with fellow creative team members, including videographers and editors, to bring projects to life
  • Manage client relationships from initial project brief to final delivery
  • Source and manage freelance crew and collaborators as needed

What you bring

  • 5+ years experience in creating video content across a wide range of clients and platforms
  • An artistic point of view and the ability to bring a strong concept to life
  • Celebrated creative chops and solid writing skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence others
  • A high level of organizational commitment and attention to detail
  • A post-secondary degree in Film Production or equivalent experience is preferred
  • Nice to have - fluency in French and h ands-on experience with shooting and/or editing
