Lead a team of Salesforce developers to design and implement configurations that meet business requirements, ensuring seamless data flow and efficient user interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement SFDC configurations to meet business needs.
  • Develop and customize Salesforce applications to enhance functionality.
  • Create intuitive and efficient user interfaces using SFDC Lightning.
  • Manage SFDC Integration to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Develop and maintain user documentation for Salesforce solutions.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.
Requirements:
  • 7+ years of experience in SFDC Configuration Development & Customization Lightning and Integration.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to solve complex issues.
  • Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with customers.
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.
  • Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
Certifications:
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I

We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office. We prioritize a healthy work-life balance through various wellbeing programs.
