Maintenance Worker

Job Summary:

Under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager, the Maintenance Worker is responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of the building, ensuring a safe and clean environment for all occupants.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Repair and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
  • Perform minor electrical work, such as installing light fixtures and replacing outlets.
  • Maintain building envelope by applying sealants and caulking as required.
  • Carry out painting work as required.
  • Perform other maintenance tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1 year of experience in maintenance, preferably in a commercial setting.
  • Able to work in a team environment.
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
  • Good physical condition.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) required.
