Harmac Pacific is seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Coordinator to join our team in Nanaimo, BC.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the financial management of the business, including conducting purchase order and coded invoice processing, maintaining good relationships with procurement, internal approvers, and vendors, and reconciling vendor statements and responding to vendor inquiries.
Our ideal candidate will have previous Accounts Payable experience within an ERP system such as Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 and proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a salary of $60-75k/yr, as well as a wealth of benefits, including Dental, EHB, AD&D, Group Life, and Long Term Disability coverage, and a retirement benefit.
