Bilingual Manager, Change Management,

We are seeking a Bilingual Manager, Change Management, to ensure smooth transitions for clients migrating to the global platform. This role will coordinate change management efforts, standardize communication and training material, and ensure stakeholders are well-equipped to support the transition process. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing change management strategies, collaborating with internal teams, and tracking key change management metrics. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in change management, project management or a related role within financial services, and be bilingual in English and Spanish. They will have excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to drive complex initiatives to successful outcomes. The role will work in a standard office-based environment with moderate travel globally.
