As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be the face of our branches, connecting with customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

We are looking for a people-centric individual who can build strong relationships with customers and deliver exceptional service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, listen to understand customer needs, and process day-to-day transactions. They will also be able to nurture long-standing relationships, identify and fulfill simple sales opportunities, and introduce customers to our mobile banking applications.

We are looking for someone with proven customer service skills, a willingness to assist in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable in simple sales situations and have strong technical skills to promote digital and self-service banking options.
