Retail Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Southpoint Station Liquor Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading our sales and service efforts to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Staff Management: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
- Merchandise and Services: Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of liquor, wine, and beer products, as well as other related services.
- Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote our products and services, and increase brand awareness.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets and monitor revenues and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruitment and Training: Recruit, hire, and train sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
- Store Operations: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily store operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a retail sales or management role.
- Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Personal Suitability: Efficiency, excellent oral communication, and organized.
- Green Job: This role involves duties and responsibilities that lead to positive environmental outcomes.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
