Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Bag Machine Operator to join our team, responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed bag making equipment, ensuring quality and efficiency in production.

Key Responsibilities
• Complete changeovers on bag making equipment
• Set up attachments and make adjustments to produce bags to customer specifications
• Weigh and dispose of scrap generated by bag machines or quality checks
• Tag rolls on hold for inspection and subsequent disposition
• Move completed finished goods to staging area in warehouse
• Maintain area housekeeping, cleaning machines, perforations, bags, roll stock, and packaging materials
• Perform QC checks on all machines running

Requirements
• Eligible to work in Canada
• Minimum 2-3 years prior work experience in a flexographic printing environment
• Knowledge of Converting Bag Machine Operation is an asset
• Possess leadership skills
• Excellent mechanical and technical aptitude
• Good basic math skills
• Good verbal and written command of English
• Troubleshooting skills
• Capable of working independently and as a team
• Reliable attendance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
