**Job Description:**

As a Registered Nurse in our Post-Anesthetic Care Unit (PACU), you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to preoperative patients during post-anesthetic care. You will work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care and excellent outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic PACU environment
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address patient needs
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams
• Stay up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and guidelines

**Qualifications:**

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Current ACLS and BCLS certification
• Previous experience in PACU required
• Critical Care certificate required
• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills
• Excellent organizational skills and flexibility
• Ability to function as part of a team in a rapidly changing environment
• Diplomacy, public relation, and conflict resolution skills required
• Demonstrated commitment to professional development and a strong knowledge of policy and practice standards
