You are 100% invested in ensuring our journalism reaches as many people as possible on all of CBC's on-demand, social and video platforms.
You are connected to, or have an understanding of, indigenous communities and their way of life and are passionate about finding original or underreported stories about those communities.
You are a motivator, mentor and coach capable of developing young journalists. You are a team player, work well with others and lead with compassion and empathy. You set the standard for collaboration with other producers and content creators. Everyone thinks you are calm under intense pressure.
