Description

This role will be accountable for the integration of mid to large customers into the PCL environment, service quality, and implementation of sustainable processes at the beginning of a customer relationship resulting in long-term loyalty and account profitability. The manager will Integrate technologies, methods, and procedures that enhance field operations, this includes complete concept design, proposals, and presentations, coordination with all departments and levels of the organization necessary for customer integration.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for planning, resource estimating, developing department resource plans and master schedules, analyzing the impact of shifting project schedules, and leading project reviews.
  • Conduct project risk assessments and project recovery assistance.
  • Responsible for lining up all the concurrent activities with the appropriate resources to satisfy the original scope promptly and professionally.
  • Evaluate and provide implementation solutions for both existing and new large customers.
  • Develop and apply quality operational models, develop standardized customer profiles, and identify synergies to drive innovative cost reduction initiatives.
  • Management of cross-functional, multi-level team members to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Responsible for Activity level tracking, issue resolution, and technical guidance that supports the functionally driven environment PCL operates and leads the cross-functional teams through to "flawless" engagement.
  • Develop, implement, and sustain all processes to comply with Quality Systems Format.
  • Develop and manage relationships with internal customers where contact involves probing and interpretation in dealing with complex or sensitive issues and/or gaining cooperation with accountability for reaching an agreement.
  • Develop life cycle implementation of worldwide customer integration solutions including project planning, implementation, closeout, issue management, and change control.
  • Responsible for the application of knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to project activities to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations.
  • Customer requirement definition, technical analysis, systems design and qualification, coordination of implementation and training, and transfer of any necessary systems support.
  • Ability to automate the generation of reports utilizing Power BI and develop interactive dashboards.
  • Develop enterprise apps using Power apps
Experience
  • 5 to 7 years of progressive experience.
  • Project management knowledge areas, including Project Management Process areas such as integration, scope, time management, cost, quality, human resource, communications, risk, and procurement.
  • Proven experience in data analytics, Power BI, Power Apps and Power Automate
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and written/oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with financial analysis, statistical modeling, and personal computer software.
  • Logistics / Transportation / Distribution background.
  • Bilingualism is an asset.
  • Strong written / verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Company reporting/measurement tools. (E.g., Field Management Reporting).
  • Analytical and Technical Support skills.
  • Strong Decision-Making and Diplomatic skills.
  • Ability to motivate and train team members in their daily activities and implement systems and techniques.
  • Ability to Inspire/coach subordinates on achievement of high performance.
  • Ability to accept responsibility for the performance of individual team members and work towards building teamwork and succession planning.
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
  • PMP certification or equivalent desired
