The successful candidate will have 2 to 10 years of experience working with a diverse client base on domestic and international transactions across upstream and midstream oil and gas, conventional power, renewable energy, and emerging areas.
- Experience in advising clients on corporate and commercial law related to energy projects, mergers and acquisitions, share and asset sale transactions, commercial agreements, joint venture arrangements, and limited partnership structures.
- Relevant experience in project development, transportation and storage arrangements, and power purchase contracts.
You will have mentorship and sponsorship at the Partner and Associate levels, as well as a team of Junior Associates to support your practice.
