Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant - Recreation Worker to join our team at Health Careers in Saskatchewan.

Job Description

As a Healthcare Assistant - Recreation Worker, you will provide personal care and social/recreational/leisure activities to enhance the physical and emotional well-being of clients/patients/residents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients/patients/residents
  • Plan and implement social/recreational/leisure activities to promote physical and emotional well-being
  • Work with special needs clients/patients/residents
  • Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements
  • Continuing Care Assistant (CCA) certificate
  • Six (6) months experience in healthcare
  • Ability to work with special needs clients/patients/residents
  • Ability to work independently
