Job Title: Overnight Steward

Hotel Arts Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Overnight Steward to join our Food and Beverage Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in our kitchen and dining areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure all dishes, pots, pans, and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards.
  • Receive and organize equipment, china, and plateware after late-night events.
  • Wash and clean kitchen equipment, including pots, pans, and inserts.
  • Clean and organize all related work equipment and areas.
  • Ensure proper PPE is available for use during shifts.
  • Complete tasks to ensure a smooth transition for the morning team.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently throughout shifts.
  • 1+ years of previous hotel stewarding experience required.
  • Flexible schedule essential; must be available to work nights, weekdays, holidays, and weekends.
