Course and Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with program directors, advisory committees, and stakeholders to refine course objectives and develop effective learning approaches that meet the needs of students and industry demands.

Engage in industry and community-linked applied research initiatives to enrich student learning with interdisciplinary experiences.
What you bring to Seneca
Minimum of three (3) years of industry experience in lab-based position (chemistry related lab work).
Minimum of two (2) years of teaching experience at the post-secondary level is nice to have.
Minimum completed degree in chemistry or related field. If education is in a related field, please state how it is relevant.
Certification required MSc (minimum) and PhD (preferred).
Demonstrate leadership and teamwork abilities, coupled with a dedication to fostering diversity, inclusion, integrity, and excellence. Effective communication and interpersonal skills are needed to engage with Seneca's diverse community, prioritizing equity in education.
