Customer Experience Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Associate, Part-Time. As a key member of our branch network, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, helping them achieve their financial goals, and contributing to the success of our team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide top-notch service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Sales and Marketing: Identify and pursue sales opportunities, including opening day-to-day accounts, fulfilling pre-approved credit opportunities, and processing GICs.
- Relationship Building: Nurture long-standing relationships with customers, understanding their financial needs and providing personalized solutions.
- Technology Expertise: Stay up-to-date on our mobile banking applications and assist customers in managing their banking needs.
- Customer Service Skills: Possess strong customer service skills, with the ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
- Technical Skills: Have experience with conducting simple sales, proactive marketing calls, and providing financial advice.
- Availability: Be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Previous Experience: Have previous banking experience, with a strong understanding of financial products and services.
