Dispatcher/customer Service Representative

Athabasca, Canada Sparksman Transportation Ltd. Full time

Sparksman Transportation is seeking a permanent part-time dispatcher and customer service representative to work on school days only. This position entails working a split shift with the morning shift running approximately 0600 to 1000 and the afternoon shift from about 1400 to 1800 (times are adjusted based upon our customers' needs). This position will have weekends, holidays and summers off.

The applicant must have computer experience using and be proficient using common office programs such as MS Excel, Word, Outlook etc.

Role includes answering customer calls, using a two-way radio to communicate with bus drivers, general office duties and keeping the office tidy.

Must be able to pass a drug and alcohol test, criminal background check and child intervention check.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
