  • Created and continuously updated a social media editorial calendar, both its evergreen and strategic content moments
  • Continually monitored social media accounts, identifying issues, reputational risks, as well as engagement opportunities
  • Led an organization towards more social video-based communications
  • Worked cross-collaboratively with multiple teams to ensure effective content delivery, alignment, and timely engagement that is rooted in an organization's key priorities
  • Written national affairs content for both social media and traditional media channels
