Job Title: Customer Service Representative

TD Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer concerns, and promoting products and services to existing and prospective customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service through a variety of channels, including in-person, phone, and digital interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Promote products and services to existing and prospective customers to meet sales targets
  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments
  • Assist customers with opening new accounts and completing other banking transactions
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • 1+ years of customer service experience required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Proficiency in a language other than French (for supporting employees who require services in a language other than French)
