Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized service to customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Process a variety of financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments, with accuracy and efficiency.

- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
