Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to generate, qualify, and close leads to deliver on growth targets in the Aftermarket business.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders across Key Accounts.
- Manage Aftermarket distributors and support training.
- Monitor international markets and trend development to bring learnings back into Canada.
- Collaborate closely with Product Management to ensure customer awareness of related products and their technical requirements.
- Execute marketing and promotional programs in the Aftermarket space.
- Manage territory forecasts.
- Operate within a CRM system to ensure sales activity is managed and up to date.
- Bachelor's degree required, Engineering, Chemistry, or Business area of study preferred.
- At least 3+ years of sales and key account experience selling into the Aftermarket segment.
- Strong communication skills in English and French.
- Ability to deal effectively with customers at various levels.
- A focus on continuous improvement and initiative to maximize value to customers.
- Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems is an asset.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, make decisions with good judgment, think strategically to identify opportunities, and lead initiatives within a self-directed project team.
- Previous experience in creating and executing client account plans with a focus on solution-selling.
- Demonstrated success in rolling out new business and delivering on growth targets.
- Solid understanding of direct selling concepts along with product and industry knowledge.
- Travel (~ 50%) will be required to manage and grow this sales territory.
