Role: Helpdesk Admin
Location: ON/Toronto (Onsite)
Duration: 3 Months CTH
Required Experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Understanding hardware requirements and Windows devices.
- Ability to handle audio/video requirements. L1 and L2 support.
- 4-6 years of experience in L1/L2 technical support
- In Toronto office support, process improvement, documentation, and building a centralized knowledge base
- Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
- Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus software).
- Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
