Required Experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Understanding hardware requirements and Windows devices.
  • Ability to handle audio/video requirements. L1 and L2 support.
  • 4-6 years of experience in L1/L2 technical support
  • In Toronto office support, process improvement, documentation, and building a centralized knowledge base
  • Proficiency in Windows and macOS operating systems.
  • Familiarity with common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, antivirus software).
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts and protocols (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
