Job Summary: Lead a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth in a medium to large-sized branch.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving business growth, and developing the skills and capabilities of your team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of service and advice colleagues to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Lead and coach team members to achieve business objectives and develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Oversee the overall discipline and strategy for the branch, aligning to enterprise best practices.
  • Act as the highest point of escalation for customer issues and provide oversight of branch premises.
  • Manage the execution of business development activities, review and communicate results, and adjust tactics accordingly.
  • Ensure compliance with all human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines of conduct.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and external referral sources to generate demand for products and services.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for the bank, both internally and externally.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate degree and/or 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Branch Compliance Officer (BCO) course and/or IFIC or CSC certification.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in leading a team of service and advice colleagues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to act as a leader in the provision of One TD services to customers.
