Product Manager Targeted Therapies
Bayer's Pharmaceutical division is undergoing a major transformation to better serve patients and customers. As a key member of the cross-functional squad, the product manager will be responsible for the success of their brand.
The product manager will work collaboratively with members of the product squad and customer squads to develop strategic plans, ensure customer value, and iterate with the squad. They will also work in 90-day cycles, adapting to change and developing 90-day strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic plans with the product squad, ensuring most valuable outcomes generate value for the customer.
- Work in 90-day cycles, adapting to change and developing 90-day strategic goals.
- Identify specific insights using market research, data analytics, and competitive intelligence.
- Develop modular content to continuously roll out and produce content modules to address various microsegments.
- Establish strong working relationships with top Canadian thought leaders across multiple segments.
- Participate in and evaluate market research and analysis, promotions, public relations, and advertising associated with assigned brands or products.
- Lead the development of educational and promotional materials.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business / Science or related field.
- Minimum 3 years marketing, field experience an asset.
- Oncology experience an asset.
- Customer-centric decision making and mindset and project execution based on customer insights.
- Adept to agile ways of working, including digital content and tools.
- Adept at working in a highly-collaborative, lean, agile environment.
- Build trust, promote openness and establish mutual understanding across functions with people.
- Highly detail-oriented and organized, with exceptional analytical skills.
- Ability to challenge the status quo and take calculated risks.
- Ability to translate insights into business priorities and execute on them.
- Driven team player with inclusive behavior and ability to achieve goals collaboratively.
