**Job Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Project Manager located in Ottawa, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Coordinating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Developing and implementing project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Conducting site inspections and monitoring progress to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
  • Managing and resolving project-related issues and conflicts.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Strong budgeting and construction management skills.
  • Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
