The Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates, providing support and coverage to store management, and modeling desired selling and customer service behaviors.

  • 1+ years of experience in a retail apparel environment, with luxury retail experience a plus;
  • Proven ability to lead a sales team and motivate associates to exceed goals;
  • Experience with POS management, daily banking procedures, and submitting timely reports;
  • Strong organization and problem-solving skills;
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences;
  • Ability to collaborate with others and work independently;
  • Availability to work varied weekly shifts, including weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will have a customer-obsessed selling culture, excellent product knowledge, and a passion for building brand loyalty.

  • Demonstrate a customer-obsessed selling culture and build brand loyalty through excellent product knowledge;
  • Partner with store management to execute action plans that optimize results and ensure effective execution of all store operational activities;
  • Contribute ideas and solutions to the leadership team that result in increased productivity and improved operations of the store;
  • Assist store management in conducting new associate onboarding and trainings;
  • Coach associates on customer service fundamentals and provide positive feedback;
  • Assist in resolving customer service matters;
  • Oversee and delegate tasks to team to best maximize efficiency of store operations;
  • Communicate individual and/or team performance feedback to store management;
  • Ensure team receives scheduled breaks and/or meal periods;
  • Create an open outward communication on the sales floor;
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines;
  • Perform opening and closing procedures, and any inventory duties as directed.
