Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the self-service area is neat, clean, and organized, free of debris and foreign objects.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, educating customers on the correct use of self-service options and promoting company sponsor programs.
  • Monitor customer activity and provide assistance when needed, explaining the reasons for any interventions or quality checks.
  • Respond to EAS alarms and complete the "Failure to Deactivate" Log.
  • Notify the Customer Service Manager of low cash or technical issues in the self-service area.
  • Return Scan & Go scanners to their designated home after use.
Minimum Qualifications:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Basic knowledge of self-service options and company sponsor programs.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
