- Support team members with client requests, promoting a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Minimum 5 years' experience as a corporate travel advisor, with a strong understanding of domestic and international travel.
- Travel School Graduate preferred, with a solid foundation in travel industry principles.
- Experience with Domestic, Transborder, and International reservations, including hands-on knowledge of car and hotel reservations.
- Extensive knowledge and experience with designated GDS systems, including Apollo.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on building strong relationships and exceeding client expectations.
- Solid communication techniques, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on quality and precision.
- Problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
- Team player, with a collaborative and supportive approach to work.
- Ability to be flexible and multi-task, with a focus on adaptability and responsiveness.
