We are looking for a process improvement lead who will act as a key enabler in promoting a culture where team members seamlessly collaborate, complementing each other's strengths and addressing challenges collectively. The candidate will be responsible for executing specific projects and ensuring that the results are captured and that the changes are owned by the sponsors and sustained. The candidate will also lead workshops and provide continuous improvement knowledge transfer to participants.

The chosen candidate will work closely with the managers of the business, functions, or value stream identified as high priority for improvement. Leading improvement processes, business model and projects activities, you will play a pivotal role in crafting, defining, capturing, delivering and sustaining the desired business outcomes.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Take process improvements to the next level in the organization.
  • Ensure that the business improvement objectives are clearly defined and provide support in planning the resources needed to conduct the project.
  • Define, document and assess the business processes of the parts, accessories and apparel group and then identify areas for potential improvement. Focus on streamlining operations or developing solutions that allow for improved efficiency or increased productivity.
  • Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of critical business requirements, to evaluate current business processes, to identify pain points, risks, and opportunities for improvement and to develop innovative solutions for operational and strategic changes.
  • Support project sponsor in problem solving, decisions making and resources allocation.
  • Expand leadership network and demonstrate communication and interpersonal skills, with the opportunity to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Ensure that the business takes ownership of implementation and delivers the expected value.

YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in project management and continuous improvements - Lean, business models definition and strategy.
  • Ability to influence across internal and external networks to ensure delivery of value.
  • A good communicator, a problem solver, a critical thinker both detail-oriented and a big picture thinker.
  • Bachelor's degree in business management, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of BRPs core functions, e.g., sales or marketing, operations, transportation, network operations, finance or I&T.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and business valuation.
