We are a leading provider of temperature-controlled warehousing and distribution services, with over 120 years of family values and operational excellence. Our strategic hubs in Trenton, Toronto, Calgary, Edmonton, and Moncton ensure we can effectively meet our customer needs.

Responsibilities
  • Expand the customer base and manage existing business within the group of warehouses
  • Execute the entire sales cycle, from strategic planning to closing contracts, ensuring profitable revenue growth
  • Develop targeted action plans to generate new sales leads and prospects within the market
  • Develop local and global customer relationships demonstrating a strong customer focus
  • Create and deliver proposal presentations and request for proposal responses to identify and resolve prospective customers' business challenges
  • Conduct regular analysis on customer requirements and pricing effectiveness and create actionable item lists based on findings
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge, staying updated on market trends, economic indicators, and competitor activities
  • Partner with various internal departments to identify opportunities to improve our services
Requirements
  • 5+ years of successful sales experience with demonstrated track record
  • Previous experience in all aspects of supplier relationship management including prospecting, selling, and closing new business
  • Ability to gain deep knowledge of the entire suite of company service offerings and utilize it to maximize sales opportunities during customer solutioning
  • Ability to lead discussions, make presentations, and deliver technical results to a non-technical audience
  • Bachelor's in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a relevant field
  • Proficiency in using Sales CRM
  • Language proficiency in English
  • French an asset
  • A valid driving license
  • Willingness to travel as per business needs
