As a Data Analyst at FCT, you will play a critical role in helping us make data-driven decisions that drive business growth and success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

* Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs
* Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights
* Conducting in-depth analyses to support business decisions and provide actionable insights
* Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in BI reports and dashboards
* Continuously refining BI reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
* Analyzing business performance metrics and providing insights on key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Presenting data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management

To be successful in this role, you will need:

* A Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical discipline
* 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
* Strong data and analysis skills, including the ability to manipulate large amounts of structured and unstructured data
* Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Python
* Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as PowerBI
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
