Job Description

We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs
  • Collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
  • Conducting in-depth analyses to support business decisions and provide actionable insights
  • Troubleshooting and resolving data-related issues in BI reports and dashboards
  • Refining BI reports and dashboards to meet evolving business needs
  • Analyzing business performance metrics and providing insights on key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Presenting data insights and recommendations to stakeholders and senior management
  • Supporting the testing and monitoring of new strategies to optimize the use of new relevant business products within a risk appetite
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in a technical discipline
  • 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong data and analysis skills, including the ability to manipulate large amounts of structured and unstructured data
  • Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, and Python to query, analyze, clean, and transform data
  • Experience working with business intelligence and visualization tools such as PowerBI
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
