As a Call Center Manager (Sales), you will lead and mentor sales teams to excel in hitting targets, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and driving outstanding sales performance.

Spring Financial, a leading fintech loan originator, is seeking a results-driven leader to join their team in Downtown Vancouver.

  • Lead, coach, and develop sales managers to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Design and implement training programs and innovative sales techniques to drive team performance.
  • Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that align with organizational goals.
  • Analyze sales metrics to evaluate performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize sales tactics.
  • Foster a positive, high-energy, and collaborative team environment that motivates employees and drives results.
  • Collaborate with internal and external departments to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of the company's product offerings and provide guidance to the team and clients on the best use of these programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in a sales management role, ideally in the financial services or fintech sectors.
  • Prior call center experience is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets, with a proven ability to drive revenue growth.
  • Experience successfully leading a team of managers (i.e. 50+ people between direct and indirect reports)
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills, with experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
