- Offer expert advice on our personal banking products and services, including chequing and savings accounts, credit cards, and personal loans.
- Work closely with customers to understand their financial goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve business objectives and contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Stay up-to-date with product and service offerings, as well as industry trends and developments, to provide informed advice and guidance to customers.
- High school diploma and/or equivalent experience.
- 1+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role.
- Post-secondary education in a related field is an asset.
