Job Title: Social Worker - Community Recovery Services

Join our team as a Social Worker and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals and families in our community.

Under the direction of the Manager, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide a range of services to a primarily adult community mental health and addiction population.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide screening, triage, assessment, treatment, and case coordination services to clients
  • Supervise students in formal clinical practicums
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with community resources and support agencies
  • Provide crisis interventions and support
Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) degree
  • Minimum one year of recent experience working in adult community mental health and addiction services
  • Knowledge of mental health disorders, addiction, and harm reduction strategies
  • Cultural competency skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a self-motivated manner
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Current practicing registration with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW)
  • Registered/eligible for registration with the appropriate licensing body
  • HSAS membership
