Social Worker Degree Senior

Seeking a Senior Social Worker to provide high-quality client service and maintain professional standards in Discharge Planning and Support at Pasqua Hospital.
Job DescriptionThis position will be located at the Urgent Care Centre in Regina, Saskatchewan.
- Three years recognized clinical experience with demonstrated leadership ability.
Education:
- Bachelor of Social Work (BSW)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and support patients in Discharge Planning and Support.
- Coach, mentor, orientate and provide education to an assigned team in Discharge Planning and Support.
- Provide high-quality client service and maintain professional standards of practice.
Requirements:
- Registered/eligible with the Saskatchewan Association of Social Workers (SASW).
- Preference to HSAS members as per the SAHO/HSAS Collective Agreement.
