Ceci Bar, a beach-inspired retreat with Latin flair, is seeking a Host to join its team.

As a Host, you will be responsible for creating a positive guest experience, managing guest flow, and communicating with employees to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar position, strong attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Oliver & Bonacini Restaurants is a leading hospitality company with a commitment to treating every employee with dignity and respect.

Responsibilities:
  • Exude a warm and welcoming presence, in person and over the phone, even under busy circumstances
  • Communicate effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to maintain proper guest flow
  • Escort guests to their table, engaging them in friendly conversation
  • Take reservations accurately and maintain awareness of each section in the restaurant
  • Ensure the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas are fully stocked and free from clutter and debris
Qualifications:
  • Proven prior experience in a similar position for at least 6 months
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure while working in a fast-paced environment
  • Organizational skills and ability to multi-task
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, restaurant experience considered an asset
