The CSS role involves proactively working with multiple RBC DS branches in the region to help transition clients to the most suitable department at RBC. Responsibilities include engaging in deep discussions with clients, facilitating smooth transitions, managing client inquiries efficiently, and building collaborative relationships within RBC platforms. The ideal candidate should have relevant industry experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in deep discovery discussions with clients
- Determine the best department at RBC for each client and facilitate smooth transitions
- Act as a backup for CSS colleagues across the country
- Develop collaborative relationships within RBC platforms
- Liaise with RBC DS management and advisory teams
- Present CSS program at RBC DS branch presentations
- Assess potential clients for fit with RBC platforms
- Support the investment advisory leave program
Requirements:
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH)
- Fluency in French and English
- 2+ years of financial services experience
- Client service experience
- Flexibility to support other regions as needed
