Electrical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Support Specialist to join our team at Siemens Canada. As a key member of our electrical products division, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients and developing product expertise in circuit breakers, safety switches, and power monitoring products.
Key Responsibilities- Provide Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries related to circuit protection products via email or phone, providing pre and post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Support Product Managers: Collaborate with product managers to develop and implement product strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Develop Product Expertise: Stay up-to-date on product lines, market trends, and industry standards, developing in-depth knowledge of circuit breakers, safety switches, and power monitoring products.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with construction sales teams, order management, quotations, business developers, business unit management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with sales, distribution channels, and end customers to drive business growth and customer loyalty.
- Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical or related Engineering disciplines.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in the electrical distribution industry.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, strong communication skills (verbal and written), good organizational skills, and ability to learn new technology.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in circuit breakers and safety switches, fluency in French.
