Zendesk is seeking a Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics to join our Enterprise Data and Analytics team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting leaders in various functions, democratizing data & insights, and conducting in-depth analysis to support data-driven decisions.

  • Collaborate with business partners to identify and prioritize research and analysis efforts
  • Define problem statements and explore data to understand customer behavior and preferences
  • Build business insights, reports, and dashboards to inform business decisions and product development
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive standardization and consistency of product insights reporting
  • Develop visualizations to display data-driven insights in a clear and concise manner
  • Mentor and enable team members and other users of the data

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Analytical mindset with strong business and product acumen
  • 4+ years of experience working with SQL or other querying language
  • Proficiency with analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Looker, or similar
  • Ability to deliver work autonomously and develop domain expertise
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex datasets
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
