**Key Responsibilities:**

* Align IT Vice-Presidency strategies with the PMO to drive business outcomes
* Ensure timely, within-budget, and within-scope delivery of projects
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and propose solutions
* Lead and mobilize a team of project managers to achieve project goals

**Ideal Candidate:**

* 15+ years of project management experience, with 5+ years as a PMO Director
* Proven expertise in managing multidisciplinary teams and simultaneous projects
* Experience in application, data, and infrastructure environments, including Cloud
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Bilingualism (French and English) required
