At Lake Louise Ski Resort & Summer Gondola, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parking Lot Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our parking lot, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and direct a team of parking lot attendants to ensure excellent customer service and efficient parking operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve parking lot efficiency, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and control parking lot traffic, ensuring a smooth flow of vehicles and pedestrians.
  • Manage parking lot attendants' schedules, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent guest experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in a customer-facing environment.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Valid Class 5 Alberta Driver's license and a clean driving record.
