Job Description

As a Field Service Technician, you will provide top-notch service to our clients, using electro-mechanical skills to repair devices and achieve key productivity goals. You will work independently, navigating through our new hire training and completing technical training courses to set yourself up for success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide outstanding service to clients, ensuring devices are working correctly and customers receive top-notch service.
  • Use electro-mechanical skills to repair devices, with training provided by certified instructors and online resources.
  • Achieve key productivity goals, including 5 gross calls per day, an efficiency rating of 50% or higher, and response time commitments between 2-4 hours.
Requirements:
  • Electro-mechanical experience, including using a multi-meter to troubleshoot electrical circuits and reading electrical schematics.
  • Superior time management skills and reliability, with a valid driver's license and appropriate insurance coverage.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds, walk, stand, squat, bend, and drive for over 50% of the workday, with a focus on safety around electrical components.

  • Develop a thorough knowledge base of the equipment and inventory needs to support your territory.
  • Actively and correctly complete service calls independently.
