Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service, ensuring customer loyalty and satisfaction
  • Resolving customer issues effectively and efficiently
  • Contribute to store visual merchandising, including product presentation, replenishment, and store housekeeping
  • Perform point-of-sale transactions and other retail tasks as needed

Requirements
  • Retail experience, preferably in apparel
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
  • Experience with retail operation concepts, such as maintaining store standards, cash handling, and merchandise presentation
  • Self-starter with good judgment and excellent presentation skills
  • Upbeat, optimistic, and friendly attitude
  • Ability to understand customer needs and build buy-in to ideas and products
