Job Summary: As a Consumables Associate at Walmart Canada, you will be responsible for contributing to the high-volume, fast-paced flow of merchandise from the backroom to the sales floor, while providing excellent customer service and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet all customers in a polite and friendly manner.
  • Assist customers with product information and sales support.
  • Resolve customer issues and refer concerns to management when necessary.
  • Maintain sales floor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise, removing damaged or out-of-date goods, and setting up product displays.
  • Ensure proper handling of claims and returns, and maintain a safe work environment according to Company policies and procedures.
  • Receive and stock merchandise, utilize equipment appropriately, and administer required paperwork and documentation.
  • Refer service and transactional items to a Customer Service Manager when required.
  • Stock merchandise, pick, downstock, and apply product protection when necessary.


Minimum Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous retail or customer service experience.
